At Chinoteefusion, we strive to provide the best customer experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy. Please review the details below for our return, refund, and exchange process.

I. Returns

Return Timeframe
We offer a 30-day return period starting from the date you receive your product. If 31 days have passed since you received the item, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your product must meet the following criteria:

  • Product is defective or has issues due to manufacturing.
  • Incorrect product (not as described or ordered).
  • Damaged product during shipping.
  • Expired product (if applicable).
  • Product that doesn’t work as intended.

The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

Return Process
To begin a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our support team at [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your item.
  2. Describe the Issue: Provide a detailed description of the problem, including your order number, product code (SKU), and any actions you’ve already taken to resolve the issue.
  3. Provide Documentation: Attach a photo or video showing the defect(s), taken under good lighting conditions to help us verify the issue.

Once your return request is submitted, we will review it and notify you of whether it has been approved or rejected.

Important: If you don’t respond to our emails within 3 days, or if 30 days have passed, your return request will be declined.

II. Refunds

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Stripe refunds: May take up to 48 hours to appear in your account.
  • Credit card refunds: Can take 7-14 business days depending on your credit card provider.

Please note: shipping fees are non-refundable unless we are at fault for the return. The return shipping cost will be borne by the customer, and the customer is also responsible for any customs duties or tariffs during the return process.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank or credit card account again. If it still hasn’t appeared, contact your bank or credit card provider. If the issue persists, please email us at [email protected].

III. Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product, please contact our support team at [email protected] with the relevant details.

Once we receive your return, the processing time for the exchanged item will be 3-6 business days, depending on availability.

IV. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at [email protected] within 6 hours of placing your order. Cancellations after this time will not be accepted.

  • Cancellation Fee: A 30% cancellation fee will apply to cover processing costs, and you will receive 70% of your order cost back. Orders canceled within the first 6 hours can be fully refunded, excluding shipping charges.

V. Change of Order Information

If you need to update your shipping address or order details, please email us as soon as possible. We can only modify order information within 6 hours of the order being placed. After this time, you will need to contact the carrier directly to resolve any shipping issues.

If you wish to change a product in your order or cancel it, you will not receive a direct refund. Instead, we will issue a discount code for the value of the canceled items, which can be used toward a new purchase.

VI. Missing Items, Incorrect Shipments, or Damaged Packaging

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with:

  • Your order number and product code (SKU)
  • Clear photos of the outer packaging, shipping labels, and damaged items

Possible Solutions:

  • If an item is missing, we will send it to you free of charge within the warranty period.
  • If we shipped the wrong item, we will either issue a full refund or ship the correct product (depending on availability). We will also cover the return shipping costs.

Note: We do not accept returns for items that have been worn, washed, altered, or lacked original tags.

VII. Disclaimers

  1. You must provide all requested information or documentation when processing returns or exchanges. Failure to do so may result in the suspension or termination of your customer account.
  2. Chinoteefusion is not liable for any damages, losses, or disruptions caused by products that are used or stored improperly.
  3. Shipping risk transfers to the buyer once the order is handed to the carrier. Chinoteefusion is not responsible for any damages or loss during third-party transportation.
  4. Chinoteefusion is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses, package refusal, or recipient unavailability. Please verify your order details carefully before completing your purchase.
