Chinoteefusion Store Order Processing, Shipping, and Delivery Information

When you place an order with Chinoteefusion Store, you will receive an immediate confirmation email. Once your items are shipped, you will be sent a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way. You can choose your preferred shipping method during checkout on the Order Information page.

Order Processing Time

We process orders Monday through Saturday, with a standard processing time of 1 to 2 business days from the time your order is placed. Orders will be shipped promptly after processing. Please note that we are closed on Sundays, which may cause slight delays. During peak demand periods, processing can take longer than 3 business days.

If your order experiences delays due to inaccurate payment details or incorrect address information, processing may be postponed.

Estimated Shipping Times

Shipping times vary depending on the destination, and here are average delivery estimates:

  • United States: 5-7 business days
  • International (Worldwide): 10-21 business days

Please note, these estimates do not include our 1-2 day processing time.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees depend on the destination. You can calculate the estimated shipping cost by adding items to your cart, proceeding to the checkout page, and entering your shipping address. The exact shipping cost will appear on the checkout page. Below are our flat-rate shipping fees:

  • Continental United States:
    Standard Shipping: $5.99 for the first item
    Additional Items: $4 each
  • Rest of the World:
    Standard Shipping: $7.99 for the first item
    Additional Items: $5 each

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 2-5 business days for tracking information to be updated in the system. If you haven’t received tracking information within 5 days, feel free to contact customer support for assistance.

If you notice the tracking status has not updated after 5 days, please reach out to us via email for quick support.

Note About Delivery Information

Please double-check your delivery details at checkout. If any information is incorrect or missing, we may need to contact you to correct it, which could cause delays.

Changing Your Shipping Address

If you need to update your shipping address, you can do so within 24 hours of placing your order. Simply email us at [email protected] with your address change request.

Shipping Restrictions

It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct, especially apartment numbers in multi-unit buildings. If you notice an error within 24 hours of placing your order, please contact us at [email protected]. After 24 hours, if the address is incorrect, you may need to contact the shipping carrier directly.

To reduce shipping costs, we use a one-way shipping service. If your package is returned due to delivery issues, we cannot refund the order, even if the tracking information shows it was “returned to sender.” Returned packages are usually sent to the carrier’s storage, not back to our warehouse.

Refunds and Missing Packages

We are unable to offer refunds for packages that:

  • Were not delivered after multiple delivery attempts by the carrier
  • Were refused upon delivery
  • Had issues due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
  • Show as “delivered” in the tracking status but have not been received

For lost or missing packages, we will provide you with the carrier’s tracking information to help you track your package directly.

Can I Ship to Multiple Addresses?

Unfortunately, we do not accept shipments to multiple addresses for a single order. If you need items shipped to different addresses, please place separate orders.

PO Box and Military APO/FPO Shipping

We can ship to PO Boxes, but we do not currently ship to Military APO/FPO addresses.

Taxes & Duties

Import duties, taxes, and local charges are not included in the item price or shipping costs. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. All orders from Chinoteefusion Store are shipped DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid), meaning the buyer will be invoiced for import taxes and duties by the shipping carrier upon delivery, based on the destination country’s tax laws.
